Setting Primary Target & Secondary Target for distributors and co-sales force.
Implementation of coverage plan & promotion plan.
Coordination with superiors, proper documentation and MIS.
Responsible for forecasting and achieving sales for all brands.
Preparing reports on competition trends and analyzing the same.
Providing leadership and inspiration to the company sales team to achieve their goals
Experience in FMCG is an added advantage.
Exp: 3 to 5 years’ experience in the same field.
Salary package-12 to 15 thousand + t.a.,d.a
