1. Design and Implement overall recruiting strategy.
2. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications on our website.
3. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate Social / Professional media etc.
4. Screen candidates resumes and job applications form
5. Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude
6. Line up the candidates for personal interview with the client.
7. Act as a point of contact to client and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
